The reason for this is I was trying to fix a bug in the glossary pluggin update I installed.
What this does is to allow glossary definitions in your posts. If you go and look at some posts with glossary terms you will notice the terms now link back to the glossary.
I hope there aren't any other bugs, but if you seen any nasty message or anything just let me know.
