I came up with this after reading some posts.

"CleanMPG. Self help for the gas addicted."

I would prefer

"CleanMPG. Self help for fuel addicts."

I thought about fuel addicts. Wasn't sure that many people use fuel as common as gas. Do people say "I need to get some Diesel?" I think gas tends to mean the same in peoples minds as fuel. fuel addicts doesn't realy get in the brain like gas addicts does. But I'm open to suggestions.

How about "Knowledge = Better MPG"

I like the self help theme. Maybe just go straight to the source and say "oil addicted?" As much as I hate White House sound bytes, it does get to the point.

Yes, I like that.

Less is more is good, but I don't think it's an obvious link to better fuel economy. I think as far as summing up the website goes its dead on, but as far as getting new users to come to the site I don't think it grabs them.

How about: Teaching better Fuel Economy? Or just Teaching Fuel Economy.

It may be helpful to also address the "clean" part of your site name as well as the "mpg" part. People may want to know for example if you mainly focus on emissions & cleaner air or is it meant as a general word like "green".

Diesel owners do. They get all funny about it too, much the way RX7 / RX8 owners get all smug about not having camshafts or pistons.
