Hi All:
___I received a note from Bradlee that the Clarion is almost out of rooms and some are looking to share a room and expenses. I have two Suite rooms – each with (2) queen beds, a 2-person sofa pullout and can add rollaways as needed. For these two rooms, I am sharing costs with Bill (Billy), Bob (Rhwinger), Chuck (Delta_Flyer), Dan (Dan), Al (Hobbit), Randall (Highwater), Jim (JimboK) with possibly GaryG (not sure what his hotel plans are at this time?), MNFocus who may be staying with us for a single night as well as myself. We can fit more if push comes to shove given I picked up the larger Suite vs. the std. Studio but let us make sure everyone that needs a room has a room … There are plenty of other rooms in the Madison area so it is not an emergency but this hotel is actually located on the Alliant Energy Center site (right next door in fact) and is very convenient for all Hybridfest attendees. The full hot breakfast buffet and evening social hour are an additional bonus of this Clarion.
