How do I know if my car (the one in the sig) is equipped with DFCO? I could slog through it and find out myself, but I wanted to see if anybody here could point me in the right direction first...thanks!

I use it in the lower gear only approaching stop signs. I haven't figured out yet whether coasting in neutral with engine on is better or worse than DFCO. I think I pick up a couple of mpg over my old car by understanding DFCO -- when you can coast don't give it a little bit of throttle because that disables DFCO. Without the scangauge I can't tell whether DFCO is currently active. --Walter jcp123 06-01-2007, 03:56 PM I suppose I can try that, though that makes me nervous. I was hoping, perhaps, for some kind of reference material which would tell me. The clutch is a little weak as it is to possibly jerk it around like that...I'll keep it in mind though, thanks. hobbit 06-02-2007, 01:56 AM Hang an LED off one of your injector lines?
