Yes I sustained a hypermiling injury today. I reached up to restart the Accord with its awful, over priced, under preforming, gas eating, ing. switch and starter eating automatic tranny. And pulled a muscle in my right shoulder. Right under the shoulder blade. It feels like a baseball is under there.

Ive asked the wife to take the car out. Drive it 65 mph and throw it into park. That will teach that *(^%^&#^&_^&%%##!(^)*(*(_& tranny to mess with me after a FAS.

Im sure she wont do it. Unless I rig a spring up to help her. AFTER my shoulder heals. :)

I just hate driving the Accord now days. That AT tranny ruins everything concerning the car.

I feel your pain. About the AT, that is. Man was I pissed when I found out how difficult the FAS is for us, compared to non-interlocked ATs or the MTs.

Hope it feels better soon. Anyone else thrown out a muscle in a FAS? Class-action suit, anyone? Instead of $$ settlement, they give us all 06 HCHs or at least drop MTs into our Accords.

Hi Psy:

___You need to chill for a while! Remember, the Auto can do some damage to the EPA and although it is no manual, at least the wife can drive it (my loss ;)) and the resale should be a bit better when it is time for a new owner. Just remember, finesse the Auto and she will perform but you have to take it easy or you will be dumping parts all over the highway someday!

___Sorry about the injury. Hopefully it is all but a distant memory now …

___GoNavy, if only the AH had a really tall geared stick in her :(

___Good Luck

We arent takeing the Accord to Pheonix,,, now are we... lolololololol. I hope it shoots craps. then maybe the wife will see the light and get a Insight 5MT. She can drive a MT she just dosent want to. You ought to see her blaze off into the wilderness with money in her hand and a yard sale map in the Ranger. :D
