Ever wondered about gearing's effect on your fuel economy, or what engine speed you turn at different road speeds? Or perhaps the effects of a different tire size? Well wonder no more, if you have one of the (few) vehicles in the gearing database or take the time to fill in your own transmission specs, you can use the handy dandy Autocrossing.com gearing calculator to your heart's content!

The default transmission, tire size, and redline are for the 1992/93 Integra GS-R, which I realize applies to exactly no one from the forum here. I threw in my Civic HX's transmission too, along with many others. If anyone here has a favorite transmission you'd like added to the drop-down, let me know.

By the way, I have a tire size calculator, in case you don't know what your tire diameter is either:

Hi Brandon:

___Thank you for posting this as it will be a great tool for future discussions on tire changes let alone RPM’s at 60 mph on just about anything once the top gear and final ratio’s as well as tire size specs are known.

___Good Luck
