I've been following this project since it was first proposed 2 or 3 years ago and I think it's a wonderful tool. My only concern is that a computer which is isolated from the Internet has limited functionality, and most of the places this laptop will be deployed certainly don't have much telco infrastructure or any wifi infrastructure.
