I just don't know where to begin. This was taken a couple of weeks ago in my neighborhood down the street from my home. And no, it didn't snow recently in Tallahassee... so I have no clue. :eek:

There were no other vehicles parked near these for a few hours either...

The more I look at that pic, the more I think that the owner/driver was drunk from the night before. There is simply no reason to park that screwed up with an empty street like that?

Unfortunately, this sort of careless behavior is becoming endemic in our society. It isn't just parking... it is a total lack of regard for conventions, laws, and consequences. When you can't rely on others to make things predictable for us, how can you stay safe on the road??

Knowing what i know about the SAAB 9000, that's probably where it stopped running, so they coasted it off the road..LOL
