Personally I am on the fence about using E0 and looking to experiment on what the difference means to my mileage.
If you are someone who wants E0, here is a site to post and find stations. The site currently has 1900 hundred stations
http://pure-gas.org/
The site offers a POI file download for your GPS and KML for google if you are a traveler. There is also a national and state specific RSS feed to see them coming (or going).
If you look at its monthly updates chart, they seem to be picking up steam on getting adds and deletes.

A few months ago the data on this site was really sparse for my state, probably because E0 has only been available here since Jan. 1. But now it appears to be pretty good, and I just discovered an E0 station less than 5 miles from my home.
I also just added an E0 station in Mill City, OR that I discovered over the weekend.

I'm a bit suspicious of a couple of the stations listed for Indiana. There were several stations that were Countrymark and Farm Bureau. Those two are actually the same and, they are operated by a group of people that have a huge interest in the well being of farmers and I have a hard time believing they sell alcohol-free gas since all of their gas in this area does have ethanol. In fact, a couple of years ago, I contacted one of the higher ups in the company to ask them about their claims of higher FE and asked him if they had ethanol in their fuel and was told yes.

Most, if not all, the Kwik Fill gas stations in NY and PA only sell E10. They stopped selling E0 in my area about 3 months ago.

Just like Wikipedia (or cleanmpg) this site is only as good as the information posted by its users. If you confirm that a station on the list no longer carries E0, you can remove it.

Thanks to the OP for the link. My state (CA) forces 5.6% ethanol, but I make trips annually to and through several other states where E0 is available. Unfortunately, a quick scan shows no E0 in any of the cities I regularly drive through.

Same for me too. Hopefully it will be one of those sites that gets known and is sticky enough to keep the updates coming. They're pretty graphs seem to indicate that.
