I've gotten the Scangauge II to be about as accurate as I can get it, so I don't know if I'm going crazy or what. Mom and I took a trip to Burlington, VT, which is about 35-40 miles away or so, and with my close eye on the gauge and my attention to the gas pedal, I got 35.4 MPG going down there and 31.1 MPG on the way back. I'm so happy right now! :D

Yeah, it's surprising because typically I've only been able to get about 16 around town and the highest I ever got going to Burlington before this (at least according to the gauge) was 27. But that was when I was still working out the accuracy and other things (for a while it somehow reset to default without me realizing it, so it said I only got 14 for the tank when I really got just under 21.)
When going to Burlington, I normally travel on Route 7 North from Middlebury, VT and drive straight from there (so technically I'm not driving "down" there, but rather "up"). Route 7 is full of hills but there's this nice half-mile (or so) downhill section that enters Vergennes. At 50 miles per hour going down that hill and the gas pedal released, I can get the gauge to read upwards of 150 MPG.
The Camry's overdrive works really well. One some strtches of road I can maintain speed with such a light press of the gas pedal that the instant MPG gauge reads upward of 40 MPG. Cruise control works well, too, though it's hard to get it to stay in overdrive on some minor inclines.
Not bad for a car with 106,000 miles. :)
