I have been having some issues with the Honda running smoothly. I was hoping I could get a list of what X-Gauges would work with my car to see if I could diagnose the problem. I have looked at the ScanGauge site, but there are dozens of codes listed and I can't make heads or tails of what would work.

What year is your Honda? What is the protocol the SG connects to?

Honda and Chrysler are the most challenging to get enhanced diagnostics for. For Honda 2004 and up are the most difficult.

Assuming I know what you are talking about I went MORE>MORE>MODE and got KWPS. It is a 96 Accord.

Does the following xgauge for transmission temp work on your Accord?

TXD:C333F1221940
RXF:046285190640
RXD:3008
MTH:00120001FE70
NAM:TFT

If it does there may be many others available.

I will try that one out later today. I don't know when I will get a reply up as my internet is down right now.

On another note, I have developed a hole somewhere in the exhaust pipe. Just last night when the wife was driving the car it got louder. When driving it today it does just sound like a hole somewhere. Not sure about the cost vs. savings on repairing it. I am not even sure where the hole is right now. Makes my car sound like a ricer or something. Kind of annoying.

ETA: Nope, no luck on that transmission temp. x-gauge.
