Has anyone checked out this show on HGTV? http://www.livingwithed.net/index.asp

I get a laugh out it, Ed is hardcore. His wife is depicted as totally against his environmental stance, so there is always conflict.

The last show he visited Jay Leno's garage, lot's of interesting cars in Leno's collection.

I would love to see one of these up close - the Insight might get replaced!

My wife and I have watched every episode. I agree that Rachelle comes across as antagonistic and at times even undermining Ed's efforts. It's like, seriously, who lives with Ed Bagely for any period of time without actually figuring him out. And when he's doing all this stuff himself, what's she care? She really does appear in the show to be a spoiled little girl who wants everything and is upset that Ed won't give it to her.

Then I noticed that she is one of the Executive Producers and it all made since. After all, if there weren't conflict, it wouldn't be as compelling.

___Those Phoenix Motor Car SUT’s with the AltairNano’s are going to make a great EV but the $1,000/kWh pack and $60,000 expected price is a bit on the expensive side :(

PS: In the daily grind forum I see you pulled a 76 mpg segment home tonight in low 40 degree temps today. We are battling for 40’s and 50’s and you pull out the Insight and show us how it is really done ;)
