Well seeing as my car isn't flat towable I have stopped doing eoc'ing and have noticed the loss in mileage. I have noticed that my car warms up quicker due to the engine running more and it helps wqith my short trips to work. by the time i turn onto my main long road to work the engine temp is near 200. it help with that leg of the trip, but still not like it was.

37.9- 7.2 mile to work.

38.2- 5 mile to grocery store

36.4 1 mile home

Tank curently sitting at 38.4.

I do eoc when coming up to the stop light or stop sign but not like i used to. Now i have to chellenge myself to do better with this new obstacle.

After 7" of snow and then some freezing rain over the weekend numbers were not as good as last friday...

That's rather strange. A little north of you here and...

My first 40 mpg commute of the year.

50 degrees, little to no wind (crosswind if it was there), 26.2 miles, 40.7 mpg.

We did get the wind, cold, and snow; but it was gone today.
And I had the advantage of an afternoon trip to work instead of the morning.

But now they are changing me again, and tomorrow is noon to 6 and Wednesday is back to 7 to 4 until 5 April when I come back to 3-11.

* To work, 55 F, 58.4 MPG over 48 miles

I also used A/C on the way home. Oh, heaven has a place for the Prius... no more sweating it out all the way home!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I still have the tank average after getting to Church… after trying a new alternate around the vexing lights at the beginning of the route. It added 1.2mi to the trip but was much less frustrating. I'll try it again on the way back to see if it is as much of an improvement that direction as well (I expect it will be. :)).

38.6- 7.2 to work.

40.2- 6.4 miles home. with the warmer temps and my grill block and rad block car warms up quickly and i see some nice numbers from the sg. 48-52 mpg on the instant guage at 42-43 mph.

tank sitting at 38.5 mpg- 79 miles.

I went into the setup menu and changed the speed reading up b y 2 mph and right now the sg is showing .5 miles driven that the odometer. I'll have to keep an eye on that. maybe drop down 1 mph and see where that gets me.
