Depends on what your goals are, I guess. Want to burn through a bunch of gas, drive like an idiot or use the public roads as your personal racetrack I doubt this guy would be very popular.

On the other hand if your trying to save gas, the environment and lessen America's dependency on foreign oil this guy might be a hero.
