Pravus Prime 12-07-2006, 09:35 PM Hello, and welcome to CleanMPG! tbaleno 12-07-2006, 09:46 PM A few people on here use the Scangauge II. Seems to be a pretty good unit. I think there have been a few issues reported, but for the most part I think people are very happy with them. What do you plan on monitoring with the scangauge? Are you after Fuel Economy or Performance? brick 12-08-2006, 06:41 AM Welcome! I'm using the first generation ScanGauge. mine gave me a few minor issues early-on but they all went away. You just have to be careful about scorching heat as well as knocking the plug out with your foot...d'oh. This is a great device for anyone interested in fuel economy, whether a little more or a lot more. Chuck 12-08-2006, 08:45 AM I'm enjoying the ScanGage I, and it's been helpful on a number of occassions. :) telcotech 10-22-2007, 02:19 PM What do you plan on monitoring with the scangauge? Are you after Fuel Economy or Performance?Well, my response is "better late than never"!! After having the SG-II in the Miata for over a year, it's value to me is that I've improved my driving habits, and saved a few coins to boot. And if they're any Miata drivers out there who are looking for a way to install the SG-II in a "looks permanent, but is easily moveable to another car" give me a "shout-out" I've got pics...;) vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
