Please Santa, deliver to me:

1) Daihatsu UFE III
2) Time off work for a long x-country drive
3) 6 speed manual transmissions
4) New generation of tall, narrow, hard tires
5) Tailwinds to follow me at all times
6) Quick push-button engine stop & start
7) Next-Gen Insight: 1400 lbs, .18 drag coefficient, no electricity or power steering.

And I want it before December 25th!...............

Hi Bill:

___That is one very tall order! And if they make the UFE-III w/ a 12 gallon tank (14 w/ a top off) and a real world 250 mpg capability, I think you know where I am headed with this …

Hint: Washington State to New York on a single tank :D

___Good Luck

I would settle for a lean burn patch for my R-18. ( Then get to work on Billy's wish ) :)

WA to NY? You'd want comfy seats you could sleep in, too, so you
don't rack up thousands of bucks worth of trucker motels...

As long as we're wishing big (and if Santa can pull it off for free):

1. New home with two-car garage
2. Hybrid Camry for my wife
3. Segway for me (and maybe her)
4. Pink Vespa for the wife
5. More manly scooter for me
6. Did I mention that the new home is in a community with less cold weather and is conducive to green living, walking on real sidewalks, and tooting around on scooters? Wayne knows what I'm talking about.
