Just a reminder, Who Killed the Electric Car came out yesterday on DVD.

It includes many deleted scenes, 2 featurettes, and a music video. I found the section on who killed the Electric Trolley to be rather fascinating.

Where did you buy it? Online? I was very excited yeterday about this release and foolishly went to Best Buy and Target to look for the DVD. I forget most of the world still does not care much about energy efficiency. Needless to say, I did not find it at either store. I had seen mention of the release on Best Buy's web page but they will only be selling it online. Maybe an al media place like FYE has it?

The movie is listed on Netflix.com, so you may not have to buy it.

Uh, wow. Really? I live less then a quarter mile from a major shopping center, so I just stopped at Best Buy on my way home, they had a half dozen copies, so I picked on up there. It was my first stop, and they had it. (I had checked online and found Best Buy had a better price than Walmart.) Did you actually ask someone? I had to, as it wasn't in the new releases, but already in the documentry section.

Oh, and I had missed it at the theatres, so I took a leap of faith that it would be worth it. IMHO, it was.

I also spotted it at Blockbuster when I stopped in to redeem my free rental.

Yeah, I asked. The salesman went to check "his computer," came back and told me it would only be available online. I'll call other local stores today...

I finally found it at Barnes & Noble and watched it last night. It incited much anger in me. I'm really appalled that so many people were involved in consciously killing such a critically important revolution.

Nope, just came right out and told her, there was a DVD out now that I would be glad to accept for Christmas :Banane05: .

The theaters around here just quit showing "Gone with the Wind", so there is little chance of seeing it on the big screen for me.:D

Towards the end of Flight93, I could have imagined myself there getting carried away taking it out on a terrorist (if I were there). Of course, after the crash, my beliefs tell me I'd have a very hard time justifying my little "holy war" to God. ;)

I was pleasantly suprized to find and buy "Who Killed the Electric Car" at Walmart. Along with the NightQuil, I should feel better.
