BMW's Rallye 2 Pro textile based suit in the field.
The successor to the Rallye 2 Suit, the Rallye 2 Pro is the first suit to feature the newly developed NP protectors for enhanced joint coverage as well as maximum damping properties. The revised fit of the jacket and pants is adapted to be used when riding off road, and with orthotic devices and other external safety garments. The multi-functional jacket has all of the advantages required for enduro tours and rough off-road applications. The Cordura® 500 outer material and the integrated mesh liner allow for maximum ventilation to keep the rider cool. In contrast, the zip-in GORE-TEX® membrane is lined with lightweight fleece fabric in the chest and seat to protect against the cold.
What’s new?
A thinner fanny pack, smaller and lighter. Easy to stow away due to simplified design with waist belt, may also be worn separately. Also, a fuller cut to accommodate larger riders.
Additionally, a new type of armor protector developed by BMW and certified according to CE standard EN 1621 is used: NP protectors are included in the shoulders, elbows, in the back, at the knees (height adjustable to three positions), and at the hips offer maximum damping properties.
Knee protectors are now in zipped pockets with new material that softer to the skin and thereby reduces chafing.
Outer material (Cordura® 500) permeable to air with the new MTVR "coating" to improve breathability.
Mesh liner for ventilation and optimal off-road performance.
Stretch inserts in the pants for more freedom of movement.
Reinforced knee section with leather for enhanced knee contact fuel tank.
Reinforced seat for enhanced abrasion protection.
Zip-in GORE-TEX® insert for pants and jacket: Torso of the GORE-TEX® jacket and seat of the GORE-TEX® pants are lined with lightweight fleece fabric to protect against cold.

Developed on the basis of the GS1, the new Rally GS2 is a top-grade boots for all enduro riders. The safety details and functions are further developed with the GS2 boots including shaft design which is adjusted for more width for specific protectors / orthotic devices. The GS2 boots combine comfort with off-road properties such as quick-action fasteners (easy to use with gloved hand) and technical synthetic fiber used for the lining to allow for quick drying of the boots, also simplifies getting in and taking off with perspiring feet.
100 % full-grain cowhide (2.8-3.0 mm thick), reduced to 1.2 mm in the area of the joints.
Anatomically shaped plastic hard shells; Stainless bolted metal tip.
Synthetic fiber lining for reduced drying time (riding through water, in the rain) and an enhanced foot climate.
A joint in the area of the ankles enhances the walking comfort.
The design of the plastic protector shells in combination with the second clasp protect against bending.
