Bob Hayes, the first deep threat and reason the Zone Defense was invented was posthumously inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame. A few years ago, Hayes along with two other Cowboys as finalists were completely snubbed, raising an outroar of Cowboy bias....now it's largely corrected. I think Harry Carson of the Giants and Art Monk of the Redskins had to wait too long.
Anyone here have anyone that's been waiting forever that should be in the HOF?
Seems ball carriers and pass rushers get an advantage and other positions get neglected. For instance, Ray Guy is probably the greatest punter yet he is not in the HOF...you could add several worth offensive linemen that were not the absoulte greatest like Dan Dierdorf.
