I sent in my application the day the website came back online on July 19th. My check for $500 arrived in the mail today.

It is a "while supplies last" deal based on a $3 million grant if I am not mistaken. That means 6,000 credits are available. If you bought a HYbrid vehicle in 2006 and registered it in Pennsylvania you are eligible.

I haven't gotten mine yet. I hope that they let people know when the 6,000 limit is reached. 6,000 doesn't sound like many to me, but honestly, I have no idea how many hybrids, across all manufacturers, are sold in PA. If I read this all right, even though they just started to send the checks out, eligibility goes all the way back to January 1.
