Which Coach/GM would you hire?

Wow, I can't believe I picked Mike Shanahan over Bill Cowher. But Cowher looks like he's getting fat, dumb, and happy on CBS. Plus, he just said today he wants to stay at CBS another season, because that's the only team he knows for sure will be going to the Superbowl.

I haven't heard Mike Shanahan's interview yet, but from what I understand, Pat Bolen's ego got in the way. He wanted to take more control over the team, and it was said that Mike Shanahan's name was bigger than the Broncos' logo in Denver.

That's a classy move by Pat Bolen. Kinda like when Al Davis fired Shanahan from the Raiders. Hope the Broncos have all of the post-Shanahan success of the Raiders...and rot in hell for the next decade.
