Wife and I work in Tulsa, Ok.

Just today I saw three road rage events.

First one a lady in a older Accord kept running up on the bumper of a late model Olds Delta 88. Lady in the Olds got sick of it. Jumped out of her car ready to beat the honda lady down. Honda lady was being a royal *itch running up on her like that rolled her window up, locked the door and fliped the Olds lady off and mouthed back.

Second one. Going down Lewis Ave. all the sudden a older Thaoe SUV jumps on the gas. BAM and stays on it honking. Smoke rolls off the tires in front of it as its driver is on the brakes. They both swerve off into a parking lot. The car hit and pushed was a old Escort. Two men in there late 20's hook up.

Third one. Right down the road on the next corner. Two cars have a fender bender. There in the next parking lot beating crap out of each other. Its the Hatfields and McCoys. Both familys are stroking it out. Man and man stroking it, women to women at it and kids rolling around getting it on.

I jumped a curb at this point. Cut across a feild and got the hell out of there. All this in a nice part of Tulsa.

I had a lady flip me off and get lippy behind me this week in a traffic jam because I had let almost two car lenghts develope between the Civic and the car infront of me at a red light. I was creeping. but no way in hell was I going to bum rush the car infront of me at a red light.

The Taliban dosent have to strike again. Stupid Americans will kill each other at a much faster rate than there best work.

OOO and then there was the lady that was bum rushing another lady for being in her way on a short stretch of road coming to a red light. Standing on the horn, swerving, cushing and yelling at the top of her lungs. Window down and wagging the finger. that was at 7:30 am this morning.

Psy;

Man what a very full day of excitement for you. This was like watching Cops on T/V.

This sounds worse than Dallas about three years ago when gas prices were well under $2 a gallon.

lol i had like three guys hugging my ass on my way home ( and funny there's a stop sign on the road up ahead while I turn left into my driveway. It was really annoying because anytime during that cruise I can easily stomp my brakes and cause an accident. That's how close they were (if I had to guess less than a meter away) and it sickens me the previous 2 cars behind him did the same thing. Bumper to bumper after bumper...

The maddness never ends, lucky my rear window was frosted up (so what I'm cheap? I think my side mirrors are sufficent enough since drivers love to blind me...) otherwise I usually do my "come over here wave" in the rear view mirror because daddy needs a new bumper!!

edit: another one while climbing the hill and I was DWL up the hill going for speed limit, and this guy flew past the left turn lane, honked real loud and then cut me off so that he can speed up, I saw his car up ahead metres away. He doesn't live far away from me at all, my my such impatience we all have these days.

It'll kill ya.

Hi All:

___Wow Psy, I am glad I live in the Chicago area instead of anywhere else! We get our fair share of knuckleheads too but for the most part, most leave well enough alone for fear of eating a bullet I think? I cannot say I was not part of the speed crowd 10 + years ago but have since changed for the better I hope ;)

___Thanks for the story as it gives some of us something to watch out for …

___Good Luck and stay safe!

The highway is just one place where common courtsey has given way to narcisism. Subconsciously too many people want to be treated as if they are leading a Presidential motorcade, then get frustrated when they don't receive the red carpet treatment or alternatively get the doormat treatment instead.

This is in the gym but same theme. After a woman left the only availble Stair Master for three minutes following a 20-minute workout, I got on it. A minute later she came back not only for her stuff, but to bump me off becasue "she had a water break". I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but became insenced when she was going low-intensity while using her cell phone. She was on her phone the duration of her workout - not a serious workout. I came back later and commented "That sure looks like a serious workout", repeated it a second time after being ignored, and finally went to the manager who talked to her.

Gym courtsey is to limit a workout on a piece of equipment to 30 minutes if someone is waiting and to truly use it during peak hours.

I get taken aback at the increased inconsiderate behavior in recent years....
