Saw this little news article and had to mention it; Short version, a car with a usb port; On top of that, if you insert a usb memory stick that has the proper per-processing (in your laptop using free download), you can monitor your driving & then find out how to improve.
The video is cute too....although I'd stick with the robot Mervs :)

And i guess I should mention MP3s, hand free phone use, and hands free texting with the system reading it aloud & presumably allowing you to post back with your voice
