That's what really gets under the Customers Skin. :mad: Dealers not calling the Customer and keeping them (Customer) informed on their vehicles. I just will never be able to understand what is so hard about picking the phone up and, telling the customer what the status is on their vehicle. It seems like that this is one of those things that dealers just cannot for some unknown reason get their heads out of the sky and back down to earth and keep the customer informed. Our dealership is in some ways doing a fairly good job at it. However there are times for some reason the call is not made and the dealership then is scratching their head and wondering why is this customer going Ballistic on us. Well, it could be because you did not do your job. :rolleyes:
