i am sure i have mentioned several times the young woman who works for me, and said she loves her trail blazer and doesn't care about saving....

well......they have a company van that has about fallen apart, and she just told me they are getting a CIVIC!! :eek: woo woo.

not only that, they want a 5 speed. double WOO WOO.

they are going to keep the trail blazer, rather than trading it in, since her husband is one of our on the road sales guys, and sometimes has to take large machines to customers. however, we did suggest the biggest thing we have would fit in the back if taken out of the box.

now, hopefully she will let me suggest that she show down a little. and i will check her tires. :D

One person at a time. Good job Laurie. Imagine how much gas will now be saved. Perhaps your friend's friends will now be motivated to think about it.

The best thing is that she will instantly double her gas milage, even if her driving habits don't change. Besides, I have driven both vehicles and can definitely say that the Civic is more fun to drive, so she'll be happy with it. You have started to open her eyes to a whole new world. ;)

What happens is people don't realize how much they're in the dirt until they see some savings and realize how good it feels to have that extra money! Just wait till she sees how much better she does in the civic and then see how quick she comes flying to you for tips for even better FE...that's if she isn't already satisfied with doubling her mileage..
