So I decided to take my boyfriend up to Syracuse, NY to see where I grew up. We decided to take my Toyota Solara to see how she'd do. On the way there we did great! I went through not even half my 14-gallon tank in this 4 1/2 hour drive. I thought to myself, we're going to take Della on every road trip!
But on the way home, we ran into traffic beyond anything imaginable! :mad: after stopping, starting, stopping, coasting a little, stopping, waiting, and more stopping, I told myself this tank is shot! I made it back to Jersey with about half my tank and I just finished it up tonight. I got 29.8!!! This is really good for Della - not my best, but still not horrible.
So just goes to show ya that just because you might think a tank is shot, don't continue to ruin it. You never know what you'll end up with!
