I do fas at stoplights in my old van with 267,000+ miles, I wonder if I fas just before the stoplight and roll very slow, like under 2 mph if it would really hurt.
I tried once today, just couldn't resist, at a ramp meter and made a video.
No handbrake in the van,(why?????) so had to use the brakes to keep speed down
and they got really stiff! when I restarted the brake pedal went down so fast it surprised me and I dropped my camera, also came to a complete stop, ruining a perfect fas!

I do this in my Corolla. I figure a few feet isn't going to cause that much damage.

Michael, was that a ramp onto 394?

I agree with (other!) Michael -- you shouldn't have issues as long as your vehicle isn't all or four wheel drive and the distance is short at low speeds. The problem isn't really the loss of the oil pump -- it is the loss of the oil film. Low speed and short distances won't lose that film quickly and you should be fine.
