View Full Version : CleanMPG Frappr Map
Chuck 06-30-2006, 02:06 PM This seemed to be the best place to post a map of where our members live. Can this be made a sticky?

krousdb 07-01-2006, 05:57 AM Tom,
Your frapper thingy overshadows Waynes frapper thingy. That might be the only time that Wayne has been overshadowed. And probably the last.:D
HyChi 07-01-2006, 06:09 AM Me, too. Thanks for setting this up. :)
Hot Georgia 07-02-2006, 04:00 AM I put mine in but for some reason posted to Gabdon, Africa! :(
After much to-do I finally got it to a nearby city of Gainsville GA.
My tag shows the location of 30503 (Zip) but that will have to do.
Phil, that sure is beautiful area of country you live in. :)
hobbit 07-02-2006, 09:56 AM I have never been able to make frappr work, no matter what browser
I throw at it.

Chuck 09-15-2006, 12:18 PM It's been pointed out the pins on the Frapper maps are not quite accurate.
For example, the maps suggests Lewisville, Texas is on the Red River when it's at least 60 miles south of it.
Tochatihu 09-18-2006, 11:43 AM Hi to Joe in Mansfield OH, my new neighbor - Don't know quite where the pushpin will show up, but it ought to be a bit ESE of Toledo.
Doug in Fremont (for a while at least)
Chuck 09-18-2006, 12:09 PM Does the Frapper map have a Don't mess with Texas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_mess_with_Texas) routine?
The two pins are on the edge of Texas :D
Chuck 05-30-2007, 03:01 PM Just thought to bump this for those that want to put a pin where they live...
BailOut 05-30-2007, 03:06 PM What happened to the Google map we had, which worked on all platforms and browsers? I can find no mention of it anymore.
tarabell 05-30-2007, 03:08 PM Hit the "Research" link on the left.
BailOut 05-30-2007, 03:30 PM Thanks, tarabell! I never would have thought to look for it there.
Tom, perhaps a link to the Google map should be provided in the "Start Your Journey Here" forum?
