My scangauge was acting up recently, so I sent it in for warranty replacement, including the OBDII cable since I thought that might be part of the problem.

Well, I got my scangauge back, but I didn't get an OBDII cable back. For the time being I have a technologically advanced, FE-improving paperweight. I've tried contacting support at Linear Logic, so far three times about this, and I haven't heard a response.

What should I do?

Hi Pete:

___I do not know about the particulars or where you purchased your SG-II from but I have to get a hold of Linear in the morning. I know they are buried but this one should be addressed post haste and I will ask about it :(

___Good Luck

Oh, that just hurts. Hope you get your cable back soon!

Hey, I just got a new OBDII cable in my mailbox today.

Strange that there was no "it's in the mail" email response, but oh well, I got it.

I had a question a few weeks ago and called them on the phone. I got right through and the question was answered.
