For real. I gotta figure out how easy it is to make those NIMH batteries that chevron holds the patent to. Then I gotta move to some country in Africa, like Nigeria, and start making them. Then I can build affordable EV's and won't have to worry about getting in trouble for copyright violation. What's chevron gonna do, stop selling oil to Nigeria? That's even better for my ev business!

of course in Nigeria you would have civil war to deal with. It's pretty hard to drive when marauding groups of rebels shut down roads. My guess is your EV business wouldn't quite thrive there.
