Wonder who keeps up with the records and how they verify the mileage.

Hrumph. We've got several Insight drivers who have exceeded those stats handily. I came close on my last tank.

But that 90 MPG figure is in Imperial gallons. In US gallons, the figure is just 75.6 MPG.

Impressive but I'm not sure that should be a world record.
