Well I couldn't take it any more, I was up to 270.8 miles on the tank in the S2000 and I just had to know how it was going, so after dinner tonight I went and filled it up with 8.55 gallons of 93 octane. If you can do the math that quick in your head that's 31.67mpg.
35psi in the tires, which are 140 treadware Bridgestone SO2s. (sticky) 99% of the time the top was down, creating more drag.
I did some FASing, mostly NICE-on coasting though, lots of DWB (it's fun trying to take corners fast in an S2000) and P&G. I think that's about it. I was aiming for a 30+mpg tank, and there it is. Now it's time to try and get 40mpg in the Accord on my first try.
