...because every jerk thinks they are...Special!

Sighted by: xcel
Vehicle: Chevy Blazer? and trailer
Place: US75 and 16th Plano, Texas
Date: April 11, 2008, 10:30 PM

Wayne and Rani just got in town for the Live Green Event and came back from dinner with Chuck. Next to the front entrance to the hotel they were staying is this truck and a trailer taking three parking lots.

Well, there is no problem with that....better explain. There was plenty of room in the back, but this is just next to the hotel front entrance where the limo and taxis drop off people.

Got stories of your own? Send us your pictures and stories and we'll feature them on Jerk of the Day!

Saw the very same thing at a Hampton Inn I sometimes stay at. In fact, as I was standing there a guy who had just arrived approached me and said "look at that, they HAVE to park right in front of the hotel, don't they?" He had to park his vehicle several hundred feet away because two moving trucks had used multiple parking spaces to park just like in the above photograph. What are people thinking?

Pretty sure that's an Explorer. Too bad he didn't take it around back as a courtesy. Then again he might have been concerned about theft, in which case I have a hard time blaming him. This doesn't bother me nearly as much as people who really need just one space but blatantly take up two just to keep their precious paint from getting scratched or dinged.

Oh, and take note of the tactical error: one car parked directly in front and another directly behind and he's stuck until somebody leaves.

Seems that the DFW area has enough jerks for all of us. Ok course being in Houston I've always known that!:woot:

Hi All:

___If the front of the hotel was not loaded and there was no wide open parking in back, I might be able to understand this driver but the entire back lot of the hotel was all but deserted! This guy could have pulled into any open two spaces in the back or to the side of the hotel and not bothered anyone let alone mucking up 5 spaces up front. All of maybe 50 yards this driver saved and cost everybody else in the process

___Good Luck

Brick, I like the way your mind works (tactical error). That's rich, and it would send the appropriate message.

That sounds like my dad. He once yelled "TACTICAL ERROR!!!" before killing a spider, claiming it was a "warrior cry."

PDK, what are you suggesting? That we put on cammies and face paint and jump this guy? I like that too, but they don't let me out at night anymore.
