I enjoy reading the R-Squared blog. The author, Robert Rapier, is a chemical engineer working in the energy business. I thought CleanMPG readers might like this post (http://i-r-squared.blogspot.com/2006/09/here-comes-winter-gasoline.html) on winter fuel blending and why the winter blend costs less.
