Do more than a traffic ticket for distracted driving - please! --Ed.

A man faces a hefty fine and a driving ban after being caught having sex with his girlfriend while speeding on a motorway in Norway, police have said.

Officers initially trailed the couple's car after noticing it was swerving from side to side and travelling at 33km/h (20mph) over the road's speed limit. (62 mph)

But they soon realised the erratic driving was due to the woman "sitting on the man's lap", a spokesman said.

After filming the exploit for evidence, they pulled them over at a rest area... http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7996815.stm

For those that are not aware, there is a segment of the video Womanizer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Womanizer_%28song%29) with Britney steering a speeding car with her stilts, but this pair in Norway actually tried to do it.

Just when you think you have heard it all...

Yes, I think both of them need the book thrown at them....indecency, etc.

This may add a whole new meaning to the phrase "moving violation"

Charge both of them with "erotic driving"???

If it happened around here, probably both of them would have been jabbering on handheld cell phones as well.

For the record, I once saw oral sex happenin' on the New Jersey Turnpike (it IS a rather boring highway). You sit higher on a motorcycle so you have a better vantage point than in a car.

LOL, good one Ricardo. I haven't thought of that Eddie Murphy bit in quite some time. And it really fits here.

Thanks, I needed a laugh today!
