Ghosn said research into electric vehicles must be done in different countries to be able to adapt the batteries and technology to accommodate the different driving habits of people and to match those needs with the infrastructure in those markets.

News tonight said that the State of Tn and TVA will be working together to plan recharging stations along several interstates in the middle tn region.

Hopefully solar panels will be used.
TVA being a large coal , hydroelectric, and nuclear provider they seem very open to alternative energy such as wind and solar.
A few years ago I worked with them on a project to provide geothermal heating for several cabins within Tn State parks.

Good things, hopefully this will come to fruishion.
