My HP reading in Scanguage is off. I think it is by a factor of 10, but I am just guessing for now since I have not done a full power run to find out. However it says I am using about 40 HP at idle and about 100-200 while crusing around town. ;)

The MTH hex value in the book is 000A00170000. Now it's been a LONG time since I've played with hex values, but from the info I can gather on the net if I want to make this MTH function differently by a factor of 10 I need to change the first 2 byte word to 0001?

Is that correct? I got some info from a Prius web site that says the first 2 bytes is for multiplication.

OK I found I had entered a couple of items incorrectly. I had the 000A entered wrong, but even fixing that didn't fix the problem. I was able to correct it by changing to 0001, but then I decided perhaps it was supposed to have a decimal, so by looking at the RXF I noticed another error. My 8 was one digit too far forward in the string.

GIGO!
