Experienced fueling problem 2/15/08 with my 2008 FEH. Current Mileage around 2300. Stopped twice while fueling. Could only fill to 3/4 full. Next fillup was complete. Found TSB that might be related. Temperature was about 34 degrees F.

Has anybody else experienced this issue? Found one post on ford-forums.com that had similar issue but didn't state what TSB fixed the issue, but the dealer performed service under warranty.

FYI...Just got my Escape back from the dealer. Had difficult time filling w/gas. The pump kept kicking off. Tried 3 different pumps with all the same results. The next day the check engine light came on. Tried to fill up again at a different station and still had problems. Long story short the dealer fixed it under warranty and said there was a tech service bullitin re this problem. On a side note, I've had the Escape 10months and have 33k miles on it and this is the 1st problem I've had with it.

Have a query into my dealer. Will update with any further information I come up with.

Thanks,
