Saturday I went to my no so local (25ish miles I'd approximate) gardening/hydroponics/plant/beermaking/winemaking store and killed a couple birds with one stone

I got some ingredients for some apple wine that I'm making as well as some new plant lights and a heating pad for quick germination of seeds

then on the way home i picked up a pair of 2X2's and made a very cheap stand for the lights ($3 well spent) (i already had a few spare pieces of wood, and a 4' long mirror)

and here is the end result (no longer wasted space in my kitchen)

I've got 3 baby pepper plants (i wanted to know if my second generation seeds would germinate... apparently so :) ), a ficus tree (also pretty new), a few ferns, and some little waxy plants my dad gave me (he only gave me one, and its since had a volunteer.. (anyone want a free unknown plant?))

I can't wait for garden season (and good MPG season)
