My birthday is coming up, and my wife has mentioned giving me a little play money for the 'rolla. It's got 109k on the odometer, and it's probably due for a tune-up (even though I'm getting 40 mpg ;)). What would you recommend having done (or doing yourself)?

No idea what you've done previously, but if I had to add to my car:

EBH
Speaker upgrades
Satellite radio
New tires (if you need 'em) and for you maybe with lighter/aero wheels

Just a start...

An EBH would be great. I've got Sirius and an MP3-compatible deck in there already. Tires are in good shape, although they could use a rotation (free at Sam's Club).

EDIT: Jim, I'd settle for a Yaris.
