Fuel usage is going down! Can you believe it. People are actualy trying to use less fuel ;)

I'm like a Dallas-area sportscaster who describes himself as "fair and biased" :D

Maybe I've seen less speeding, although there were still a lot of people doing 80mph when the speed limit on I70 is 75 in Colorado.

The cheapest gas in L.A. right now is $3.26, still a big ouch, with most stations posting in the mid '30s and low '40s. As luck would have it, this cheapo station happens to be 2 blocks from our house, and the spouse filled up his car there this morning. He said there was a 5 minute wait in line just to get into the station, at 7am.

However I have noticed the freeways have seemed exceptionally clear this week. Wonder if we can link it to people finally reducing unnecessary driving.
