American Honda Motor Co., Inc has contracted Equation Research to conduct a survey.
Below is part of the email I received.
Dear Honda Owner,
At Honda, we are committed to providing you with the best possible products and services. In an effort to better meet your needs, we would like to invite you to participate in our online survey about driving and automobiles.
Please be assured that this survey is being used for internal, Honda research purposes only. All of your answers will remain completely confidential.
The survey should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please have the primary driver of your Honda vehicle complete this survey.
The 30 minutes to complete was underestimated I believe. It was the longest survey I have ever taken.
It was very detailed about MANY different areas.
