ok i got about a thousand miles on my escape ,and i notice a vibration at 2k rpm's ,is this normal? also my dealer told me hybrids cant have remote starts, not that i wanted one ,he just mentioned it and now im curious why they cant?

they dont have a conventional starter, they use a process that involves the generator to start the ICE and its more than just powering a wire.
