Skwyre7 11-05-2007, 03:22 PM I tend to watch the gph when pulsing, rather than mpg. My car likes to accelerate between 1.6-2.0 gph, depending on the situation. There is one spot in my afternoon commute, where I accelerate (usually from a dead stop) at 2.1 gph so I can hit the speed that I need to get a really good glide in. Most of the time I keep it around 1.8 gph. (speed/2 = mpg at 2.0 gph) in case you don't have SG vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
