Between school, work, and home I travel 45 miles daily. I do not currently have a scangage so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I would get better mpg puting the car in neutral or just letting my foot off the pedal when I wanted to coast into a light, stop sign, or just slow down?

NICE-ON Coasting or FAS is more efficient than just "foot off pedal" because the engine is not dragging on the drivetrain.

Neutral, absolutely.

And get the scangauge. At 45 miles, you'll recover the cost in a matter of months.

If you are going to FAS in neutral, make sure that you do a rev match before you engage the transmission back. And again as it is often said, please practice it in a safe place before you try it on the main roads. Good luck.
