Tonight, I discovered a way to crank the engine without completely turning the keys in the ignition....anyone know what it is? Anyone tried it?

push forward on the joystick in anything but PIMA mode. although i think it uses more battery than turning the key. it seems to come on a bit slower, rather than an instant full-power crank.

Assist at stop option will stop that from happening, and the slow response is the joystick ramp setting in the calibration.

Yes, that's what I did.

Hi Chuck:

___I thought I saw Mike perform that trick w/ his MIMA equipped beauty at the 06 Tour De Sol or maybe it was Randall in his at HF2006? The Insight w/ the binders held looked like it wanted to take off in gear with the ICE-Off and sitting still!

___Good Luck

We have been doing the MIMA start since day one, that is why I put in an option to allow it or not.
