For the past several weeks, IamIan has been coming over when he has time on Saturdays to tinker with whatever Hybrid projects I happen to be working on at the time. This has proved to be a lot of fun, and a learning experience for both of us.
If anyone else in the area is interested in lending a hand, and getting some hands on experience with Hybrid drives, battery packs and a bunch of other related projects, just let me know.
This new page will follow the progress that we make.

That is quite a project list. :)

Too bad you're 900 miles away. :(

I wish I was still in the area. Pulling apart that Insight was fun and it would be nice to help put a few things back together.

Anybody who gets a chance should definitely take Mike up on this at least once. I guarantee you'll learn something!

Hi,

I agree it have been both fun and educational.

And as long as Mike is offering it I recomend those who are interested take him up on it... I know I will.

My testing and cycling of the insight Sub Packs continues... and in the next week or so I hope to post my results and have enough data to learn a few things as well... I am optomistic and confident that we will eventually be able to re-assemble and re-install the battery subpacks to feild test them... As mike said above we are hoping to add some more intrumentation to the subpacks as we re-assemble them to better monitor and control them in the car... all great stuff , fun , I know I'm learning allot....
