Hi All:

___The schedule of events are complete and volunteer slots have mostly been filled by members from both the Milwaukee and Madison Hybrid groups. Hybridfest however “Need’s You”! There are a few as of yet filled slots that some of the more distant attendees could possibly fill if they are willing to heed the call. How is that for dramatic effect :D

___If you would like to help, the table below provides a current snap shot of slots that are available that some of our membership may be able to help fill. Only one member is needed next to each time slot listed below.

Wayne, please schedule me anytime where I can do the most good. The HF folks put me in a 9 - 11 slot on Saturday morning - this would be the only conflict.

Hi Bob:

___How about two stints. Since we will be practically attached at the hip for some of the weekend, maybe you could help out at the FE challenge as an mpg stat keeper on Friday morning (10 AM – 12 PM) and how about doing an Upstairs Greeter stint on Saturday afternoon (02 PM – 03 PM)? Let me know and I will add you to the table above.

___Bradlee sent me an updated list of slots still available so the table above reflects my latest info. There are 10’s of other slots previously filled and not shown. I thought they would get in the way if I included them in the table above.

As I will be arriving late on Friday (hopefully by 8pm Madison time), the Saturday slot would be the only one listed that I could take, if it hasn't been filled already. I'd be happy to assist other volunteers also, by fetching stuff or filling in for pee breaks.

I'm kinda bummed that I won't be around for the mpg challenge or the results. :(

___Can you E-Mail Bradlee this morning and see if that slot is still available?

___Also, you will definitely hear about the results and there will be some after drives of the same course as well. I know Diamond Larry wanted to head out on Saturday sometime with someone that was involved in the event and I am sure we can muster up someone to go out with you as well? And don’t forget the clinics on Sunday morning as that is where your own wild numbers will be seen :D
