I didn't think to take pictures (I'm bad about that :() but yesterday I had the "greenest" corn ever. In anticipation of having some family over for Father's Day we picked up some white corn ears at Wild Oats that were both organic and brought in via "Fair Trade", and then I cooked them in my homemade solar cooker (http://solarcooking.wikia.com/wiki/CooKit).

Organic corn cooked by the sun. :)
