Wayne, I have not met the guy, but he lives about 15 miles north of me in Denton Texas and drives the most remarkable pickup truck I've seen. He has given it a Cd of 0.25 - same as the Insight (was 0.44). If not him, somebody should come up with bed covers that are easy to put up - put down like his.
I might be giving you ideas for your Ranger. :D

hm i wonder if you can tow stuff still though? I think Wayne uses his trucks only in the city when he needs to haul a tons of stuff.
imagine what we can do with our own cars.

I have seen this truck before in magazines and read about it.
Hi Chuck:
___Yes, I have seen it …
___Take a look at the blog entries and feedback below the article in which it was first discussed at EV World back in November of 04.

___Phil, the Ranger’s 2 best tanks came out on the highway while heading to Sebring, FL. in February of 05 between Tennessee and Florida. Good gas, great temps, and an excellent long distance drive. The around town stuff is what she is mostly made of with the < 5 minute jaunts to the video store, church, grocery store, hardware store, etc. And hauling the loaded up landscape trailer from home site to home site in my sub as well ;)
___Good Luck
